Missed calls in a care business are missed referrals, missed shift cover, and worried families who conclude no one is there. RingReady Care answers every call, captures the details, and routes what needs a human. It is the care edition of RingReady AI, our AI receptionist, configured for the way care providers actually take calls.

What it handles

  • New enquiries and referrals — caller details, care needs, location and funding type captured in a consistent format
  • Out-of-hours calls — routed to the on-call rota, with details taken before the manager is woken
  • Family and client updates — routine questions answered, anything clinical escalated to a person
  • Shift cover calls — logged and passed to the right coordinator
  • Written records — every call summarised and logged, which becomes evidence of responsive communication

The limits, stated plainly

Care calls can come from someone frightened, unwell or vulnerable. RingReady Care does not give clinical advice, does not make clinical judgements, and escalates safeguarding concerns and anything outside its scope to a human immediately. Every call is recorded and reviewable. That is why we do not simply re-badge a product built for tradespeople. The care edition is configured and tested against care scenarios, informed by running a CQC-registered service.

Privacy and compliance

Call recordings and transcripts may contain special category health data. Deployment is configured to UK GDPR and DPA 2018 requirements, with retention agreed in writing and a data processing agreement in place before go-live.

Proof

RingReady AI answers calls for service businesses across the UK today. RingReady Care applies the same infrastructure to care, with care-specific configuration.
